The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
(FERPA)
20 U.S.C. 1232g

The Federal Courts and Department of Education:
No Civil Rights or Contracts are protected by this law!

The University Student Handbook(pg 25) can claim they adhere to FERPA.

The University can disclose private student grades and claim "Tortious Interference" in Federal Court against the student that exposed the disclosure.
(Tortious Intererence:
a.k.a intentional interference with contractual relations, in the common law of torts)

Contract Case Law states:
“The student handbooks of colleges and universities, as well as other documents such as the college or university catalog, housing manual, and now perhaps the institutional web pages, are perceived by most authorities to be part of an ongoing contract between the institution and its students“

The Federal Court ruled the University did NOT violate any Civil Rights or breach any contract!
The Federal Court further Ordered the student enjoined from stating otherwise!

Federal Law 20 U.S.C. 1011a states:
" students should not be intimidated, harassed, discouraged from speaking out"

The Federal Courts allowed the University to sue a student for exposing the disclosure of private student records!

The Federal Courts and the Department of Education refused to sanction or punish the University for disclosing student records or for filing frivolous claims in Federal Court agianst a student!
On the contrary,
The Department of Education increased Federal Student Loans to the University!

This law is designed to protect colleges and universities,
NOT students!

This law is an example of the corruption by the Federal Government against every student in the United States!

These facist judicial tyrants do not believe in or uphold the
Civil Rights of Privacy or Free Speech garanteed in the Constitution of the United States!
